Redesigned UC San Diego's dining hall online food ordering app (Triton2Go) that increased in-app engagement, usage satisfaction and overall user experience quality.
The Animal Pad
Conducted user research on animal shelter donors through self-created surveys and interviews, helped improve The Animal Pad website through Figma and finalized product after creating prototypes for the Animal Pad leaders.
