United Taiwanese Association
Collaborated with designers and website software engineers to launch UCSD’s largest Taiwanese student organization’s (UTA) inaugural website catering to over 200+ Taiwanese students.
Triton 2 Go
Redesigned UC San Diego's dining hall online food ordering app (Triton2Go) that increased in-app engagement, usage satisfaction and overall user experience quality.
The Animal Pad
Conducted user research on animal shelter donors through self-created surveys and interviews, helped improve The Animal Pad website through Figma and finalized product after creating prototypes for the Animal Pad leaders.

Blink UX
Moderated for 58 moderated innovative wearable device testing sessions, collecting and analyzing 1,200+ datasets through mixed-method research. Contributed to a 5-year benchmarking initiative, shaping future benchmarking projects for stakeholders.
UC San Diego Health: Willo
Designing V1 & 2 of Willo, an inaugural UCSD mental wellness app for students, with the aid of machine learning integration for suggesting on-campus mental healthcare services based on health records and user preferences.
